Well yeah, carrots training.
Cross Country lah.
Did 12 times 200m. No water breaks. =D i had a severe backache after 4 or 5 times.

Well before training started. Me, Sharon and Wan Xin went to suicide window, and flipped for a few times before we started climbing the stupid bloody effing wall. I watched a video on Youtube on how to climb it and they were super fast at it luhhss.

They ran frm a dist. JUMPED HIGH HIGH, grabbed the wall top, and used their legs to push themselves up, and their arms to pull themselves up. Well, i tried that. Never suceed. Infact, Sharon almost did a suicide method. Yes, banging her head into the wall. Well, i failed cus, i jumped and banged into the wall. So i jumped at the same height when i jumped without running. Stupid right... I only flipped over the suicide window after Freda taught me and some coaching and COUNSELLING. or however u spell counselling. well, she managed to counsel me off the "window" to flip over. =D

Yes, we managed to climb the wall, with a CHAIR!<3333 =D Mondays are the BEST.


Todae. Haha. Class leaders investiture. Saw Yunyi, Chang, 2 PSLs, feli, and TAN JIA HUI up on stage. Yunyi was funny sia.
She kept pushing her specs up and up. Its her 招牌动作 you know? XD
All of them looked damn nervous la. hehe. A great big thanx to all Class leaders. Without all of you, RV would be a messy place with no order and discipline(i don't mean mrs look's doing a bad job.) =D Thumbs up for all you've dumb for us.
